We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
- The item/items must be returned along with the receipt of proof of purchase.
- If a product is returned in unsuitable condition, it will not be accepted.
- Swimwear can only be returned only if tried on over your underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip.
Regarding our return policy, you have the following options:
You can exchange a product for a different size or color within 14 days of receiving your initial order. In such cases, the return shipping and the new shipping cost is covered at your expense. If the return is being made due to an error on our behalf, we will cover the shipping cost.
You can choose to purchase the new product through the telephone, by calling us at +30 2102817486, email at email@example.com or by sending a direct message to our Instagram or Facebook page “Norma Fashion Alley“, stating your reference order code and the code and size of the new item you wish to purchase.
Products that are on BAZAAR section can’t be exchanged.
We first examine thoroughly the product upon its arrival to our company and then we deposit the money into the bank account you provided, after deducting the return costs.
Any shipping costs you may have paid are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend you to use the same postal service to the one we used to send your purchase order. (ACS courier)
Cost of return is 4€ by ACS courier and you charge to our account. Afterwards 4€ are deducted from the refund amount.
* For orders over 100€ that shipping costs were free, customer will be burdened with the shipping (4€) and return costs (4€) which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products that are on SALES/BAZAAR/BLACK FRIDAY section are non-refundable, you can only make an exchange or have a store credit.

C. STORE CREDIT
Store credit can be used on a future order within 6 months from the return.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Most of the terms and condtions are the same as mentioned above, with a few differences:
- Please make sure to use a mailing service that ensures the value of the merchandise being returned and always retain the shipping receipt. Return costs are covered by the customer. Mailing services deliver packages during working hours and may require a signature for the delivery, which is why we recommend sending your order to a work address and not a residential one.
- A duty may be charged when an order crosses country borders and must be paid by the costumer who placed the order. Norma Fashion Alley is not responsible for these charges, in such case. Due to the fact that policies and custom fees vary significantly from country to country, we recommend you contacting your local custom authorities for more information. Custom fees may affect delivery time.
